Hurricane Rita I am glad to see they still have a sense of humor about all this. (AP Photo) I've noticed that several of my neighbors (California) have started stockpiling emergency supplies. Clearly the combination of Katrina and Rita have had a huge impact on our national psyche. (Actually. most people around here did this after the last big event.) 6:05:08 PM
