The UserLand Blog
notes that we will officially end support for the Mac Classic
operating system (OS9). For many of you this announcement will be
greeted with a yawn, but it does turn out to be important. The simple
reason is that there were (are) people out there using OS9
because it does things they need. For them, we think we've
identified a pretty simple migration path and will give them some time
to switch as well as support them through the process. The "official" announcement is in Product News with a short FAQ on the specifics.
