Communicating via the Blog GM uses its blog to clear the air over the "dispute" with the LA Times. The GM Fastlane Blog also contains a wealth of information about what they are doing in terms of product development, the response to criticism, and some really well thought out comments. (I've owned a GM car in the past and been pleasantly surprised as to the quality and reliability - drove the car for 3 years, and had nothing from a maintenance perspective but check-ups and oil changes. I have a 2006 model already picked out... here is another great post below: Still Open for Business.
