Jan Storms released Blocker 2 -- a tool (with web interface) that allows you to block unwanted requests on your server, e.g. from badly behaving robots or spammers. It allows you to set the blocking criteria and can base it on httpReferer, httpUserAgent, ipsimple or iprange. Its available as a download.
