From Good Morning Silicon Valley about research that shows that there is a "growing wave" of research suggesting there are noticeable benefits from playing computer video games. Yeee Haaa.

"The people who play games are into technology, can handle more information, can synthesize more complex data, solve operational design problems, lead change and bring organizations through change," says Chip Luman, human resources vice president at the Charles Schwab company's call-center headquarters in Phoenix.

I donít think its a surprise that gaming goes beyond simple improvements in hand/eye coordination. Modern games are very sophisticated puzzles wrapped in a simulation. The AI in these games has become quite adept at moving things around and itís a key criteria in determining whether the game is any good. Anyway, Iíll be back in a minuteÖ

"What about that Scarab?" "Öweíve all run the simulations, their tough, but they ain't invincibleÖ stay with the Master Chief, he'll know what to do..."
