 We were hit today by referrer spammers. It took a while for Lawrence and Jake to sort out and
we apologize if you tried and were not able to visit UserLand's home page.

Jake wrote an excellent Geek Notes post - Staging Servers - on the UserLand blog
related to our work with RedToenail.org and the checkpointing feature
that's part of Manila 9.5 and was helpful in sorting out the huge
number of changes that people like David Bayly and Patrick Ritchie contributed during the development process.
It was a huge effort that you can get through root updates - on to 9.6 !!
