I keep reading these reports suggesting that mainstream media reporters are joining independent Web loggers to offer their personal thoughts about this week's Republican National Convention.
It was Frank Barnako's Internet Daily piece that suggested that reporters from the Chicago Tribune, Ellen Warren and Charles Madigan, as well as Boston Globe's Christopher Lydon were working the convention. The column suggested that the Republican National Committee had issued credentials to about 15 Web loggers. This sounded like fewer bloggers then the DNC, but a respectable showing nonetheless.
If you want to get a sense of the overall blog coverage of the RNC, check out ConventionBloggers - its my personal favorite and a manila site. Also try Feedster site and Technorati site for the RNC.
