Paolo Valdemarin provided a very thoughtful post on his decision making process around using open source Frontier or continuing under the UserLand license. I have had that question posted by several people and the best answer is that it depends on what you want to do. My advice is to listen to Dave's Morning Coffee Notes and then carefully read the license agreement.
If a question sticks in your head or something doesn't make sense, find someone to help you figure it out. People that are building businesses around a particular piece of software have very different issues then people who are engaged in non-commercial activities. There is a whole community of knowledgeable people out there - don't be afraid to ask for help.

Scoble pointed to a great article on why companies should blog, or better yet, why they should use their websites to communicate directly with their customers and prospects. The Seven Reasons Why Businesses Should Blog Now touches on the idea of long term customer evangelism. The truth is that happy, informed customers can sell your product better than you can. Delighted customers can become a beacon. The only thing they missed was a reference to Radio UserLand for very small business and Manila for larger situations with many authors. No thin skin here... ;-)
