We have increased the length of message subjects to be friendlier to languages like German, which tend to have longer message subjects.

Several performance improvements in the Manila RPC handlers were released including an inprovement when rendering static pages.

And a bug has been fixed, which in some circumstances could cause files served by mainResponder from the filesystem on Mac OS 9, to be served with an incorrect mime-type.

Update mainResponder.root and Manila.root to get the new features.
